I grew up in the Tryon area and graduated from Tryon High School. I attended the College of Charleston and received my BS degree in Geography from the University of South Carolina in Columbia. Having grown up and spent the better part of 50 years in Polk County, it has given me a unique insight into this mountain community and its history. From the mountains and foothills of western North Carolina to upstate South Carolina, I can handle all of your real estate needs. I have been involved in every kind of real estate transaction over my almost 20 year career, from large land tracts to small lots, from million dollar horse farms to first time home buyers. I also have experience in commercial real estate and 1031 Exchange transactions.Community involvement is an essential part of small town life and I have volunteered in numerous events, such as the Blue Ridge BBQ festival, Tryon Beer Fest, Shrimp Fest, Shuckin & Shagging, and many other local events. I have also served on many local Boards of Directors, as well as being the Vice President and President of the Tryon/Polk Board of Realtors. My experience and training, including my GRI designation, allows me to serve my clients with diligence and cutting edge computer technology. I have been a licensed Broker in NC and SC since 1997 and have been a consistent multi-million dollar producer. I am also a member of the RE/MAX Hall of Fame.

Jeff specializes in residential, lots & land and commercial transactions.
