I love the feeling of handing someone the keys to their new home or a closing check to a seller! My goal is to provide guidance through the home buying and selling process and to minimize the stress and problems during the transaction to make your Real Estate experience seamless!
I specialize in all types of buyers: first time homebuyers, move up buyers, relocation buyers, and investors to help them find homes they love at the price and terms they are happy with, walk them through the process to help get through any speed bumps along the way, negotiate repairs and any concessions, help coordinate closing and work with the lenders and attorneys to get to the closing table.
I specialize in all types of listings from your starter home to luxury properties. My goal is to use my marketing plan for the homes to bring buyers in and then help the sellers get the best terms for the sale in the quickest timeframe. Negotiating repairs and making sure we get to the closing table is one of my strong attributes I bring to the table.
I am very passionate about my job and love walking people through the real estate process and helping with one of the biggest decisions of their life. I strive to give the best customer service providing open and constant communication. I use my experience and expertise to help make the transaction as smooth as possible.
I have a degree in Finance, Insurance and Real Estate from the University of Carolina, Greensboro in 2006. I was born and raised in the Triad Area. I began my real estate career right after graduation. I enjoy traveling, watching movies, cooking, and spending time with family and friends.
