Hi! My name is DelRae Zimmerman and I have been a licensed REALTOR since 2004. I moved to the Minot area in 1996 and grew up on a dairy farm so Im no stranger to hard work! I graduated high school from Towner High School and attended Minot State University and graduated with a double major in accounting and finance in 2004.
I absolutely love real estate! I am blessed to be in a career that allows me the opportunity to meet new people, face many challenges, flexibility, and the ability to be my own boss. Throughout the course of my career, I have taken numerous real estate courses to help me stay on top of the ever-changing market and technology. I have earned the designations of CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) and GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute). I am proud to say that I have helped hundreds of home buyers and sellers while I have been licensed.
I have consistently been a Top Producer in the Minot market and have received many honors, including being named one of Realtor Magazines 30 under 30 agents in 2011 the first time for the state of North Dakota. I was also honored with the Young Alumni Achievement Award from Minot State University in 2016. I am active with the Minot Association of Realtors, Minot Home Builders Association and helped establish the annual fall Parade of Homes, past campaign chair for the Souris Valley United Way, and the current Board Chairman for Town and Country Credit Union.

This truly means you have a team of full-time professionals behind you. Kelsey Bercier has worked along side me since 2014 and is also a full-time Realtor. T Mitchell Kvigne is our behind the scenes client care coordinator and marketing specialist. You will find him doing all our social media posting, online advertising, creating flyers, and even doing full 360-degree videos for our listings! The quality, attention to detail, and professional service that we provide just cant be beat. Did I mention we also like to have fun with you throughout the process?!?!
When Im not working, I enjoy spending time with my husband Matt (owner of Future Builders) and two daughters, Ivy (5) and Violet (4). We enjoy golfing, all sorts of water activities at the lake, and Im learning to love hockey games and baseball (GO SABRE DOGS)! We also love home design and try to bring the latest and greatest trends to Minot in new construction homes. In 2018 we added a furry friend to our family Eve who is a toy sized Australian Shephard. She is the BEST dog and if youve ever thought about this breed, go for it!
