This is a list of some fundamentals I use:
1. Trustworthiness, integrity, loyalty, ethics and honesty are the fundamental ways on which I operate. This should be the #1 thing in every business.
2. Valuation of the homes through C.omparable M.arket A.nalysis or B.rokers P.rice O.pinion. is what allows me the ability to tell my clients the proper price to start at.
3. Communicating each and every stage of the process is a strong point. I refer to myself as an educator more than I do a salesperson due the amount of experience I have. This includes listening to the clients needs then advising appropriately.
4. My knowledge of fees, loan requirements, closing costs, and time frames.
5. Location, location, location is very important so my knowledge of so many areas is key. I also pride myself on the variety of transactions I've been involved in such as: short sales, foreclosures, remodels, investment, and new construction.
