Why Real Estate? I couldn't answer this question at first. I was just running from deal to deal trying to keep food on the table and clients happy with the services I was providing
For me today the answer is this... my clients. I enjoy being a part of the process and working with clients that need to find a bigger home for the 4 little ones running around. It's helping clients downsize after those four little ones are off to conquer the world. It's about walking alongside my clients after a tough loss of a job and the house needs to go. It's about carefully handling a transaction in a divorce. It's about being there with my clients after a family member has passed and the house they grew up in need to get sold. It's about sitting at the closing table of your first home. It's about being there for my clients, to give sound advice about buying, selling, and investing in the real estate.
In this fast-paced, ever-changing real estate industry, I continue to make education of the latest trends in the market a top priority. In my spare time, I enjoy chasing my boys around the backyard, a good cup of coffee, and debating the spread on Football scores.
