1I have been involved with Real Estate development, sales and brokerage since 1990 and was in residential finance prior to that. After college in 1986 I worked for Citi Mortgage in Concord California and then for Superior Mortgage in Grand Island, Ne until 1989. In 1990 I partnered in a residential development project in Grand Island, Ne. It was a 200 lot project with a 10 year build-out. We completed the development, construction and sale of all the lots in eight years. During that time I acquired my Real Estate Sales license in 1993. I then received my Real Estate Brokers license in 2001. In 2003 I purchase 50% of Da-Ly Realty, Grand Island's oldest and most trusted Real Estate marketing firm. In 2007 I bought the remaining 50% from my partner and in 2018 added the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices franchise name.

Since 2010 Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Da-Ly Realty has been number one in market share and continues to be leader in our industry.

During my career as a real estate professional I have obtained two distinguished designations. CRB - Council of Real Estate Brokerage Managers and CRS - Council of Real Estate Specialists. Both of these designations take hard work, results and time to achieve. I'm proud to have earned both.
