A former IT professional at some of Omahas most influential companies, Suzan Downing understands the importance of quality work and attention to detail. Suzan leverages her 10 years of experience in information systems to assist clients in the busy Omaha real estate market, whether acting on behalf of buyers, sellers, tenants or landlords.
Suzan began her real estate career in 2005 as a licensed agent with Joe Vukov Real Estate & Insurance Agency in Omaha, while simultaneously acting as a property and casualty insurance representative under the same roof. She later worked with Keller Williams Realty and P.J. Morgan Real Estate before settling in at Nebraska Realty in late 2015. Always keeping busy, in addition to her real estate license, Suzan continues to counsel clients on their insurance needs and maintains her P&C license with Vukov Insurance.
Suzan takes great pride in protecting the best interests of her clients and brings her knowledge of marketing strategies and client services to every relationship she builds. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Nebraska at Omaha and is a proud Omaha native.
