Tiffany Harvat was invested in real estate for personal reasons but quickly found a passion to serve and help others as well. Having very close grandparents relocate and sell their family homes, sparked Tiffany to pursue a career in real estate. Here she found a place to guide people through a significant life change involving the largest investment they are likely to ever make. Tiffanys passion lies in helping people learn how to build wealth through real estate investment and being their advocate every step of the way.
After getting her Nebraska real estate license, Tiffany sought out her Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) license allowing her to be an expert and advocate for those dealing with probate, Medicare, and Medicaid in real estate transactions. For Tiffany Harvat, real estate isnt about just handing over the keys, but rather being a trusted partner, educator, and advocate for her clients. In addition to her specialization and Nebraska Real Estate license, Tiffany has also received her State of Iowa Real Estate license. Allowing her to assist people relocate, downsize, upgrade, build, or invest in the heart of the Midwest. Strong Pro Realty is home for Tiffany in real estate. Outside of real estate, Tiffany strives to find beauty in everything she does and chooses to love everyone. Her biggest cheerleader, Bill, and her have been married for 11 years and have two young boys together Jude and Harry. If shes not educating clients or showing homes, her time is spent with family, her pup Murphy (rambunctious black lab that eats everything), and going to the movies. Over the last few years, she has immersed herself in reading more as a way to learn and unwind while partaking in yoga, Barre and Pilates. Her favorite hobby is eating and enjoying a glass of good red wine. Tiffany loves to immerse herself in all the things around her whether its for knowledge or to nurture her soul.
