My name is Tracy Babcock and I am a native of Grand Island, Nebraska. I graduated from Grand Island Senior High and the University of Nebraska at Lincoln.
I obtained my real estate license in 1998 and have been a multi-million-dollar producer every year. Since 2008, I have consistently earned top honors for sales performance and exceptional quality service. Since 2010, I have ranked among the top four agents in Grand Island. I hold three designations, including the GRI (Graduate Realtors Institute), the CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) and the CRB (Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager).

Giving back to my community is very important to me. Over the years I have served on the boards of the GI Chamber of Commerce, St. Stephens Episcopal Church, The Grand Island Board of REALTORS, the Goodwill Industries, Womens Health Services, and the GI Noon Rotary Club. I have also served as a Trustee for the St. Francis Hospital Foundation, the YWCA Financial Advisory Committee, and the YWCA Nominating Committee. I currently serve on the Goodwill Industries Housing Corporation.

Whether you are buying or selling, I will work in your best interest. Lifelong, repeat clients and client referrals are what make my business happen.
