Having lived in Omaha my entire life, and as a realtor since 1984, Im also established! Confident and competent in my profession! I have worked with all clients and agent personalities, Im also AUTHENTIC, in that I can adapt pretty easily but hold my ground when it comes to negotiating for you in whatever situation. And, after high school into my college years and early 20s, I worked at Millard Lumber as a building estimator. I learned then the process of building a house. PLUS, over the years, I have represented several builders and have learned so much along the way to make me even more EXPERIENCED than when I first started!
I've lived through all the ups and downs of housing marketing throughout the years. We all have heard stories from friends and relatives about their house sales and purchase challenges. Sometimes, my personality of thinking out of the box and creativity skills help you in your unique situation! Maybe you heard that I physically orchestrated a 2 story house move out of 156th & Dodge to the Elkhorn area! Lots of hoops to jump through!
