Fionas career path, has has been firmly rooted in all aspects of the real estate industry. She began her career as a top performing RE/MAX Agent in Toronto. After moving to the US in the mid 90s to pursue masters studies, she later went on to hold executive level positions at Homeswww and Beazley Company Realtors. In January of 2006, Fiona accepted the position of Director of Business Development at RE/MAX of New England. In August of 2008 Fiona was promoted to Director of Regional Operations for RE/MAX of New England, heading up the Franchise Development and Franchise Sales Teams. In 2010 Fiona was promoted to VP of Regional Operations for RE/MAX of New England and in 2013 Fiona was promoted to Vice President of Business Advancement & Strategic Partnerships for RE/MAX Integra Enterprises. In this role she drove business growth initiatives and spear-headed special projects. In 2014, Fiona was promoted to Vice President of Franchise Sales and Strategic Growth for RE/MAX Integra's North American Operations. In May of 2016 she was awarded the additional role of VP & Regional Director of the Midwest Region. In Oct of 2016 Fiona was again promoted to EVP & Regional Director for the Midwest Region. In November of 2017 she assumed the role of EVP & Managing Director for RE/MAX Integra's US operations which include the New England States, Minnesota, Wisconsin & Indiana. These states comprise over 500 RE/MAX Offices and 7,000 of the United State's most productive RE/MAX agents.
In August of 2021 after the sale of RE/MAX Integra, Fiona joined her husband, as business partner, in his RE/MAX Brokerage. Fiona is committed to protecting the interest of her many clients, and obsessed with, excellence in customer service.
