Robin Sanctuary was born and raised in Walpole, NH. She grew up working in her familys store, Walpole Village Store, now where Spencers Place. She was active in 4-H and attended local schools and graduated from UNH.
Robin and her husband designed and built their home in Alstead, NH. Where they have raised their five children.
While raising and homeschooling the children, Robin started a Pampered Chef business which she operated for 20 years, earning Top Performing Consultant for eight yrs, and earning many trips here and abroad.
She feels blessed to have her children, five grandchildren and extended families living and working in the local communities.
She is involved in a local church, loves gardening, landscaping, and following the New England Patriots.
Robin became a Realtor in 2013. and found Real Estate her next passion! She has earned many Designations and Certifications and her Brokers license in 2017.

Robin believes strongly in continuing her education so she can represent and guide her clients to the best possible outcome. She is an active member of the Monadnock Board of Realtors serving on the board for 6 years in different roles, Director, Secretary, and this year, Vice President. She has been Chairman of the Education committee 5+ years, and sits on other local and state committees.
In the Fall of 2019 she purchased 73 Main St, Walpole, NH and transformed it into residences on the 2nd floor and operates Transitions Real Estate on the first floor.

Robin specializes in sellers, horse properties, historic properties, green, first time home buyers, sellers, green and antique homes transactions.

Areas served include Cheshire, Sullivan counties and the Monadnock region in NH.
