Most recently, she advised a large private equity firm based in NY and Hong Kong, acclimating them to the nuances of Boston's Downtown market relative to a 54 unit new construction condominium development in which they were the lead equity investor. She provided them valuable guidance regarding the most profitable unit mix, pricing and the most advantageous roll-out strategy, and was engaged by the firm and their developer as the project's exclusive sales broker.
