I am fascinated by real estate, always have been. I have over 30 years of professional real estate experience throughout the Merrimack Valley, Middlesex County and Central Middlesex.
Marybeth and I have formed a real estate partnership merging my 30 years of professional real estate experience with Marybeths solutions based business experience; creating a powerful combination with Marybeth as a skillful Buyer Agent and my success as a Listing Agent. This cross-training approach to business provides our clients with an all-encompassing perspective whether marketing your home for sale or determining the best property to buy.
I achieved the Keller Williams Realty double gold national sales performance ranking in 2015. I have maintained a top 10% ranking, since 2012, for sales production of Realtors in the Boston North West markets. In 2010, I was regionally recognized as the Cultural Icon for our office. Prior to marketing and selling real estate, I developed my real estate expertise as an appraiser and sole proprietor of American Home Appraisals. My twenty years of real estate appraising background (86-05) established a strong foundation of knowledge of RT128 towns from Arlington, Bedford, Lexington, Woburn and extending west following RT20 and RT2 to the outward reaches of I495; and northward following RT3 and I93 to the New Hampshire border.
Marybeth is skilled in sales and has keenly adapted her talents in real estate buyer agency. She started her business career in product management for a high tech company. She then went on to manage our real estate appraisal business. When our sons entered college, Marybeth went back to the corporate world as a west coast sales manager, successfully selling medical imaging equipment for five plus years. The road warrior aspect of traveling to the west coast caused Marybeth to re-evaluate her career path and decided real estate sales would allow her to use her results-based skills of helping people. Her approach to sales is to find solutions for her customers, not to sell them something; she is passionate about customer satisfaction
Collectively, we know the nuances of what each town has to offer as both of us are born and raised in the greater Boston area. We have lived in Chelmsford since 1988.
