I have strong roots in Seacoast NH. My Uncle, Former NH Governor Wes Powell, appropriated the funds to start Strawbery Banke and moved the Governor Goodwin Mansion from Islington St in Portsmouth to its present site. The Goodwin Mansion is dedicated to Rosalies Grandmother Mary Goss Powell.
