Sara is a native of small town New Hampshire and currently enjoys living at the base of the White Mountains. She willingly shares her broad perspective and knowledge of the region with her clients. Sara possesses a specialty focus helping customers find that perfect Log Home, Large Parcel Property, Ski/Snowmobile Property, Remote Property as well as Hunting Retreats and Cabins.

She draws on her previous work experience in the conduct of her business which includes managing in the adventure travel and film industry. Sara is also an 11 year ski industry veteran. After leaving the ski industry she worked behind the scenes to develop 2 local non-profits and explored the inner workings of the health care industry. Her education, work, and life experiences, have fully prepared her for her career in real estate.

As with each endeavor, Sara prides herself on the loyalty and trust she has been able to establish with her clients and colleagues as well as her business ethics and customer service. She is hardworking, dedicated and focused on making her clients real estate experience, whether buying, selling or investing, a stress-free and successful one.

In her spare time Sara volunteers with her local Rotary, on various Real Estate Committees, the Friends of the Pemi, the Squam Lakes Science Center, and serves on the local Chamber of Commerce Board. She also enjoys Skiing, Photography, Music, Motocross and Travel.

Sara specializes in first time homebuyers, retirees, second homes, log cabins, waterfront, land, condo, recreational, ski properties and hunting properties transactions.
