Kelly brings the benefit of more than 25 years of successful real estate sales experience to her clients. Over her career, she has sold hundreds of properties in Massachusetts and New Hampshire including oceanfront homes, condominiums, land, and new construction. She holds a Real Estate Brokers license, and serves clients, in both Massachusetts and New Hampshire.
From 2002 to 2008, Kelly owned and operated her own real estate firm Kelly Realty Associates in Salisbury MA. Kelly, and her Kelly Realty Team, created great client real estate experiences throughout the North Shore and Southern NH. Kelly prides herself on her professionalism, a deep market knowledge, hard work, and dedication. She has a friendly, service-minded approach which makes the whole process more enjoyable.
She is a member of the Greater Newburyport Association of Realtors (GNAR), Massachusetts Association of Realtors (MAR), the National Association of Realtors (NAR), Seacoast Board of Realtors (SBR) and the New Hampshire Association of Realtors (NHAR). She is certified in Professional Standards and was the 2005 Greater Newburyport Association of Realtors President and 2005 Realtor of the Year.
On a personal note: Kelly is a native of Danvers, MA and moved to the Newburyport area in 1993. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice Administration from Salem State College in Salem, MA.
