Whether you're a first time home buyer, investor, purchasing a second home or retirement home, we have the experience and determination you need to successfully purchase a home in the Greater Las Vegas Valley! We can assist you in finding a brand new home, resale, for sale by owner or bank owned home.
- OUT OF STATE BUYERS: You'll get the full team as well - and we offer video services at no additional charge! Once we've located a property you'd like to make an offer on, we'll go video it for you if you can't get here to see itit's the next best thing to being here in person! All of the purchasing documents can be sent to you by Docusign, so we can complete the entire purchase long distance if needed!
- LOCAL SELLERS: We offer customized service designed just for you and your particular selling situation. Faith brings almost 3 decades of selling hundreds of homes in the Greater Las Vegas Valley! Faith offers you many options for ALL types of selling avenues - traditional, ibuyers and Bridge buyers/lenders!
-OUT OF STATE SELLERS: Faith specializes in working with sellers who have homes that have been rented or acquired through inheritance or probate and may need work completed prior to putting your home on the market. The listing paperwork can be completed online with an electronic signature and she oversees getting all the quotes for any work that needs to be completed (flooring, painting, trash out, misc. repairs, etc.). Once completed, you'll have a property fully prepared to be put on the market for top dollar!
