In 1996 Carlos Alex Jesus Passes the NJ Real Estate exam. Alex understands the industry and is motivated to stay ahead of its curve. To better serve his clients with high professional standards and professional education Alex gets several designations; 1998 "ePRO' Internet Proficient in Real Estate. 1998 CRS" Certified Real Estate Professional. 1999 Real Estate Broker. 2000 Invited to "RECS" Real Estate Cyberspace Specialist Society. 2002 ABR. 2004 Graduates from the Realtor Institute GRI. 2006 Title Insurance license. 2008 SRES Seniors Real Estate Specialist. 2010 HAFA certified. 2011 CDPE Certified Distressed Property Expert. 2012 Advanced Broker Training. 2013 and 2014 takes 2 more CRS courses. Several more CRS courses follow almost every year. In 2019 Alex become a CE Instructor for NJ and in 2021 Alex becomes a licensed Real Estate Instructor by the Real Estate Commission. Alex is married for 24 years with two sons (be patient Alex). Currently Serving as a Director of the National Association of Realtors (NAR) and the Liberty Board of Realtor. Alex is passionate about Real Estate and all the good it can do to improve peoples life's. I specialize in serving the Kearny, North Arlington, Lyndhurst, Belleville, and Clifton areas.
