Jason Driscoll

Jay grew up in Bensalem, Pennsylvania right outside of Northeast Philadelphia. Growing up, his family would be considered blue collar/working class, with both his parents working day jobs. Jay is the baby of the bunch in a very athletic family, with three older siblings who played multiple sports such as football, soccer, and basketball. Hard work was valued in his family and trying your hardest to be the best in everything you did was to be expected.

Jays childhood home ended up being foreclosed on and his family was forced to move. Moving from place to place while his mother was very sick with cancer was not easy on his family, and in October 2012 after many years of fighting, Jays mother passed away. She showed Jay what it meant to be selfless and even during her hardest times always put Jays family before herself. Jay remembers his mother as strong, resilient, smart, and most of all extremely loving. She is the reason why Jay does what he does, and why he is the person he is today.

Jay received his Associate's Degree in Criminal Justice from Bucks County Community College and transferred to Temple University in Philadelphia in 2017 to get his Bachelors Degree. While attending classes and living at an off-campus apartment with his girlfriend Nicole, a dog named Tank, and two cats named Toots and Kora, Jay managed a small hoagie and cheesesteak quick service restaurant before deciding to open a second location. Jay and his business partner had great success in the first year and a half, before unfortunately having to shut doors due to the global pandemic. In the meantime, Jay worked as a manager of a grocery chain and assisted with the opening of a new location. This helped Jay hone his experience managing people, as well as dip his toes in the corporate environment, but he found that this wasnt his calling. He needed to be able to let his creativity and personality show, and he fears what might have been had he stayed down this path.

Jay had always known that he desired two things in his career; freedom, and the ability to help and make others happy. Real estate seemed like the perfect path Jay had moved over 9 times in his life, so he had the experience to make this shift. Motivated to create the life he deserved, Jay started his real estate career in July of 2021, and by August he was a licensed Realtor. Jay affiliated with the number one brokerage in Philadelphia, KW Philly, and partnered with Kanofsky Group after connecting with Ryan over shared experiences at the same elementary school. Jay has just passed the milestone of his first year in real estate, and he couldnt be happier with his decision as well as where he sees himself in the future. In his short time here, Jay has been able to help over a dozen clients, and with each closing, it gets better and better.
