Born and raised in Baltimore, MD, but have lived in Cumberland County- Stow Creek Township for about 18 years now. My beautiful wife, who I met in college, has lived in the area her whole life. I would come to visit her and her family often, and I fell in love with the area and knew this was where I wanted to live. My wife often jokes that she turned a city boy into a country boy.
When I am not helping my clients, I love to spend time with my family. I have 2 daughters, and now recently, my first son. They keep me busy with different activities and just being a parent in general. As a family we are always trying to find new local events or experiences to partake. Since our area is so centralized to so many different things, we enjoy taking day trips to Philadelphia or the beautiful shore towns of New Jersey.
I have always had some interest in Real Estate, but this interest strengthened when my wife and I bought our first house in 2008. It was a REO property that we purchased and remodeled, turning it into a beautifully updated home. My background in construction and manufacturing helped make the remodeling process easier, as I was able to do a lot of the non-structural work myself. Eight years later we sold the house for a profit to buy our current home. The process of being able to purchase my first house, and then use it to buy our forever family home, really made me want to help others achieve their goals of home ownership. I decided to get my Real Estate license in 2018 and began working as an agent part time, while working full time in another position. I now have made the change to make Real Estate my whole career, less of course my duties as a stay-at-home dad. My family decided this would be the best decision, as Real Estate allows me the flexibility to meet the needs of my family, while also providing exquisite service to my clients. Additionally, my years of experience in construction and management enable me to educate my buyers and sellers on details of a home, the buying and selling process, and communicate well along the way to get them to closing.
Whether I am helping my clients purchase their first home or sell their current house to purchase their dream home, my goal will always be to make the experience enjoyable.
