Hi. My name is Damian Ryan & I have lived & worked in Sussex County for close to 30 years. Along with my wife Stefanie, I have raised 2 daughters & owned & operated successful businesses.

I came here from Ireland in the early 1990s and worked in the food & beverage department at Crystal Springs Resort before opening my 1st restaurant in 2001. Ryans Kitchen was located at the base of the Ski Slopes and specialized in home cooking.

In 2007 I helped design and oversaw the construction of the highly successful Irish Cottage Inn Bar & Restaurant located on Route 23 in Franklin. I have operated the Cottage for the past 15 years where we have become an important business and community gathering place for the surrounding area.

I have now come to work with Realty Executives Mountain Properties, formerly Mountain Resort Properties.
