The real estate transaction is complex. I am David Rosenbaum and I have a complete understanding of its complexity. The sale of Real Estate begins as a simple decision to buy or sell a home and then evolves into a multi-leveled, extremely difficult, and highly stressful transaction. It doesn't have to be this way. There are more than 150 tasks that must be accomplished in order for a home to close. And these tasks come with deadlines. While you go about your daily routine, I am at my office processing your deal. I am in contact with the attorneys, I keep order of all the letters that transpire between parties, I remain in constant contact with the mortgage company to confirm the loan is heading towards approval. I am there all the way up to the day of closing.I also represent homeowners with the sale of their home. My marketing and advertising presence on print materials and the internet is unsurpassed.
