Over his 25+ years as a realtor Joe has developed a working relationship with building dept. Inspectors, plumbing inspectors and electrical underwriters to rectify issues as quickly & conveniently as possible. In some situations Joe can recommend a small adjustment or change be made to eliminate the need for a permit, saving money and time for his client. From personally making repairs to a property after a home inspection and the constant monitoring of vacant homes to working closely with a mortgage agent to ensure a quick approval, Joe Fennelly does whatever is necessary to make the sale process as pleasant and profitable as possible for his clients.
