Upon completion of her degree in Business Administration from the University of Delaware in 1995, Kathy Newcomb successfully became a realtor. Kathy first began her real estate career as a full time rental agent. She specialized in vacation rentals from 1995 to January of 2000. It was then that Kathy made the transition to take over the accounting for the rental department. Kathy Newcomb has been a full time sales agent since July, 2004 specializing in development of land and new construction single family and multi family home projects. Her past experience in the rental department as well as education in marketing make her well qualified to handle sales in the resort market. In the summer of 2010, Kathy furthered her Real Estate education by obtaining her broker's license.
