i, my name is Julietta Tocci, founder of Tocci Shore Home Collection in Keller Williams - Jersey Shore. I am a Broker Associate / Salesperson and service all of New Jersey - specializing in Atlantic and Cape May counties in Southern New Jersey.

I love working in this area! Not only do I have the honor of helping many people with selling their home due to life changes which sometimes can be bittersweet, I also have the privilege to work with buyers with a very exciting purchase whether it is a first home, down sizing or upgrading. An exciting class I attended was The Harvard Law School Program On Negotiation which had many skilled negotiators from all over the world honing their negotiating skills. My goal with all the specialized education and coaching is to have excellent customer service and superior skills to serve my clients and it works! The New Jersey Association of Realtors recognizes members who demonstrate excellence in the field of salesmanship with the Circle of Excellence award, one Ive earned from 2019 - 2023.
As an Agent Leadership Council member, which is made up of the top 20% of agents in each office, I am actively involved with leadership decisions within our office and help make our agents better and more profitable so they can thrive in their chosen profession. My role is to inspire, motivate, participate and listen. In 2021 I was named a Cultural Icon, one of the highest honors given by Keller Williams Realty. This award represents a partner who exemplifies the Keller Williams culture at a high level through giving time, knowledge, kindness, and service to others.
I am a mom to two beautiful children. Together we volunteer raising Seeing Eye puppies. It is very rewarding work that brings us lots of joy. The puppies come to us at 7 weeks old and we have them for about 15 months. In those months, we teach these amazing puppies how to behave in public, basic obedience and mostly how to love. When you are out and about, keep your eye out for us with our Seeing Eye puppy. We attend a lot of public events around the South Jersey area and even take the pups to restaurants, movies, shopping and lots of other day to day activities.
