I have lived in Sussex County, NJ my entire life and have been in the real estate field since 1985. I have my NJ Real Estate Brokers license and the Realtor Graduate Institute designation.
My extensive background includes real estate office management, new home sales management, real estate project management, facility management of 125 locations in the Northeast for the largest publicly traded storage company and owner of a new home construction company building over 20 homes per year from land aquisition, subdivision and build out of both spec and custom homes.
I have won numerous awards for real estate sales achievements through the years and several awards from the NJ Community Builders Association for new home construction.
I am a past Director and past President of the Sussex County Association of Realtors, I have sat on the Finance, Community Affairs, Professional Standards and Nominating committees of the Association. I have also taught Law of Agency, Anti Trust and Property disclosure for Association new member orientation.
My years of experience and dedication to the real estate industry along with my knowledge of the market place have proven to be a strong benefit to the sellers and buyers I work with, many of whom are now personal friends going back to the start of my real estate career.
