She is a top-selling agent in sales volume for the BHHS Princeton office. Prior to her career at BHHS, she worked with Burgdorff ERA, a Realogy real estate company, for eleven years. Every year since 1999, she has been a member of the NJ Realtors Circle of Excellence and received various local, state, and national real estate awards. In 2017, the Mercer County Association of REALTORS presented Donna with the NJ REALTORS & REALTOR of the Year Award. She is currently one of the top real estate agents in Mercer County, ranking in the top 1% in sales performance since 2015.

As a community volunteer, Donna supports the American Legion, Notre Dame High School, St. Paul School, and Senior Board of Trustees President for Care Services of Greater Princeton. She is a proud sponsor of Night Forms art exhibition at Grounds for Sculpture in Hamilton and enjoyed serving as a Girl Scout troop leader and Boy Scout Council Member. In 2012, she received the Community Service Award through the Lawrenceville American Legion Post 414 for her leadership. She is also an active member of St. Pauls Church and a former board member for the Mercer County Association of REALTORS . As past president and treasurer of the Mercer County Top Producers, Donna continues to network with other high performing agents in the area. Additionally, Donna shares her time and expertise with newer agents as a mentor.
