Esthermarie grew up Down the Shore spending her summer days at the beach and her winters in the snow. She loved spending many holidays and summer breaks at her grandmothers home in Belleville. She always says there is nothing like the bakeries up North and the beaches down the Shore! She grew up with the best of both worlds! She often still travels up North for the best pastries and Italian bread, but if you ask her she is thrilled to be able to enjoy the beach and bay every day!
The world of real estate is a passion for Esthermarie. She grew up in the business watching her father buy and sell real estate investments in the 80s & 90s. She learned many of her skills by helping her father over the years and tackling many projects and jobs of her own as well. With a love for design and architecture, she decided to attend the Art Institute of Pittsburgh for Interior Design & Residential Planning with a focus on Kitchen, Bath, and General Design. Her background in construction and design allows her to understand exactly what her clients want and need even before they do. By listening to her clients describe their wish lists, she can envision their dream homes and find them exactly what they described.
Esthermarie sets herself apart by offering her clients something other agents dont. She listens, she is attentive and patient, she is kind and generous, she has integrity and transparency, and she is honest! These are qualities you do not typically find in this industry anymore, which is why she is so sought after. She was raised with old school values that her father and grandmother instilled in her, as they were born in Italy where tradition and values run strong in their blood. These values are the backbone of her business.
