Joe and his wife Nancy decided to call North Wildwood their home 17 years ago after spending summers here all of their lives. A year later they welcomed twin boys, Luke and Cain.

For many years Joe managed a local restaurant and night club. In 2010, he and Nancy opened Shoobies good eats, which has become an island staple.

Joe has enjoyed coaching and watching his sons play hockey, soccer and gold over the years. In his free time he also enjoys dining with Nancy and friends, taking his lab Thunder to the beach, fishing or helping with community events.

With their boys getting ready to spread their wings, Joe decided to try something new. His in depth knowledge of the island along with his deep love of community made real estate a perfect choice. Joe has made many friends throughout the years between his job, business, a North Wildwood Councilman, a founder of the Anglesea Irish Society, a coach and member of the zoning board.
