I was born and raised in the South Jersey area. I graduated from Paul VI High School. I am married to my wonderful husband, Joe Fermano. We have three children (Joseph, Matthew and Grace). My career as a realtor started back in the late '80s. A few years later, I ventured into the mortgage field. I became a DE Underwriter for GMAC Mortgage for almost 10 years. After the birth of my first son, I decided to be a stay-at-home mom and raise my three children. In 2010 I started as a full-time agent. My background as a mortgage underwriter has helped me assist and direct my clients with their real estate needs. I love working with people and guiding them through the process of either selling or buying a home. I am very committed to my clients and pay close attention to what's important to them.
