Yvette Chavez Pena is an Albuquerque native, born and raised, married to Alfred Pena in 2018 and together have 4 children, 8 grandchildren, 1 great-grandbaby and 3 furbabies.
During her tenure in County Government until her retirement in 2015, she acquired extensive knowledge of local land use laws and regulations which provides an advantage to her clients when seeking modifications to their current property or potential purchases pertaining to subdivisions and or subdividing land.
Yvette started her real estate career in 2005 and with hard work and perseverance established and opened her own brokerage in 2023.
