Raised in Dallas, Texas, Michael Pendleton moved to New Mexico after being married to his wife. A majority of his professional background has been in the area of ministry, specifically working with at-risk youth as a youth pastor. Not wanting to place a financial burden on the population he serves, Michael sought other financial sources to support his time spent on ministry. This is what birthed his passion for real estate and investments. Michael and his wife, bought and renovated a duplex. Once that was going well, a fourplex. Michael discovered the world of real estate and property investment and how much of a financial help it could be for both him, his tenants and his community. Michael hopes to help others find financial freedom through owning their first home and generating passive income through investments. While a majority of Michaels professional and leisurely time is spent on real estate, he also has an appetite for adventure. He loves hiking, kayaking, floating the river, and snowboarding. He also enjoys traveling with his wife to see new places and experience different cultures.
