Hello, my name is Annabel Favela, and I was born and raised in Hobbs, NM. My kickstart in Real Estate was in 2019, when I became employed as a Mortgage Loan Servicer at Lea County State Bank. Shortly after being promoted to Mortgage Loan Processor I decided to expand my knowledge and career at Pioneer Title & Escrow, where I soon learned the in-&-outs of title clearing, and processing. In 2023 I took a leap of faith in myself, and with my previous experience, and knowledge started my career as a Realtor. Although Purchasing or Selling Real Wstate can be scary and intimidating, I will guide you every step of the way, and help make this process as stress-free as possible.
