I've been helping buyers and sellers in New Mexico since January 2000. I worked primarily for the developer at Jubilee Los Lunas, an active adult community, since September 2006 but am very excited to be able to help anyone with their real estate needs in the greater Albuquerque area once again.

Prior to moving to New Mexico in 1998, I had worked with seniors in Tucson for many years in the Retirement Living environment. When I moved to the Land of Enchantment and obtained my real estate license, I was excited to discover that there was a designation specifically for working with mature adults. I obtained my Seniors Real Estate Specialist designation in October 2004.

As a Los Lunas resident, it seemed a perfect fit when I found out that Jubilee was being planned right in my backyard, and I became an integral part of the project since its beginning. I was the Sales Manager and Qualifying Broker for the original developer of the project, also serving as the Activities Director for a number of years. I was very excited with the broader direction that Avalon brought to Jubilee when they purchased the project in May 2012. Although selling new homes in the largest active adult community in New Mexico was certainly a passion, I was able to utilize my years of experience in the Greater Albuquerque resale market under the new ownership. After 12 years with Jubilee, I made the decision to broaden my services to assist buyers and sellers in the purchase and listing of resale homes, as well as property management in Jubilee.

I have served on the compliance committee at the Greater Albuquerque Association of Realtors. Among my other passions are family, horses, mathematics and volleyball. I was blessed to have my younger son (Logan) work alongside me selling new Jubilee homes and now am blessed again to have my older son (Bryan) working with me as my teammate at Tierra Madre Realty.
