I believe that successful real estate transactions come about as a result of clear and open communications, particularly relating to the needs and expectations of my clients and the current market conditions.

I understand that every client has unique requirements and circumstances and that while the real estate process is a well-worn path, the journey to achieving a successful transaction will be different each time. Flexibility in being able to adjust schedules, combined with a high level of responsiveness to changing needs, are essential elements that enable me to provide my clients with the very best level of service and support.

No One Likes Surprises

So what do I do to avoid surprises or to minimize them if they occur? Simply put, it's my methodical and meticulous attention to the real estate process, the client's needs, and to those details that could easily delay or cause the transaction to fail. "You cannot be passive in this process, you need to be proactive, anticipate obstacles and have strategies ready to support the client as changes occur".

Patience not Pressure

While others might push a client to quickly make a choice so they can move on to the next client, I urge my clients to think it through carefully before making a decision. I am also willing to discourage a choice if I see trouble ahead such as issues that could affect my clients' welfare in the future - and I will gladly point these out along with the other reasons why a home would or would not work to fulfill their dreams or where home "improvements" may not increase re-sale value.

I see this cautionary care and lack of pressure as the right way to treat clients and my clients see it as extraordinary.

Buyer Ron Briggs said it best in this quote:

"Not only were you always available to answer my questions but you were able to work around my schedule and meet when it was convenient for me. You made the entire process so easy that all I felt like I needed to do was to show up at closing and sign the paperwork!"

Broad Real Estate Experience

Becoming a Realtor in 1998, I have achieved several designations to provide a higher and better quality of service and knowledge to my clients. These designations are ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative), GRI (Graduate of the Realtor Institute),e-PRO (Certified Internet Technology Professional), RECS (Member Real Estate Cyber Society), and CDPE (Certified Distressed Property Expert). I constantly update my real estate skills with courses to stay current with todays real estate market. I also study and implement the latest technologies to effectively connect and communicate with buyers and sellers to provide the information they seek.

Life At Home

When not busy with real estate, I enjoy spending time with my family, coaching a state champion club soccer team, basketball and playing competitive indoor and outdoor volleyball. I have earned a second degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do and I am a three time national point sparring champion. Camping and fishing are some of my passions and I can often be found with my family out on many of New Mexico's beautiful lakes enjoying the beauty that this state has to offer!
