A native of Mankato, Minnesota, Matt moved to Santa Fe in 1986 and grew up, went to school, and played sports here. He earned a business degree from UNMs Anderson School of Management, and as an intern with Fortune 500 company Sherwin Williams, he gained invaluable insight into building, logistics, and problem solving. Matts family has been in Santa Fe since the 1960s and for more than three decades has owned and operated Roys Pest Control & Tree Service, which has helped him gain extensive knowledge of the entire Santa Fe area and all that it has to offer. Matt has a reputation for working quickly and efficiently and can facilitate any aspect of a transaction, whether for buyers or sellers. In addition to coaching youth baseball in Albuquerque, he loves the outdoors, including Santa Fes beautiful vistas and world-class skiing.
