I own investment properties in the UNM and Uptown areas, and I buy, fix, and sell homes all over the city, so I am actively buying and selling in this market right now! This ensures I know the market better than anyone, and I have developed my innovative, aggressive, polished, and highly effective marketing strategies with my own money on the line over the years. I know what it takes to sell homes for top dollar in a short time! I attended St Pius and UNM, earning an MBA, and I was US Navy for 6 yrs and Staff at Sandia National Labs for 7 years. I have broad business experience, education, and expertise, a combination unmatched in Albuquerque, and my clients can attest to the fact that this is a benefit to them. I take the stress out of the process and I try to make it fun! I also make it convenient, catering you your communication style, and being all electronic/paperless. I have an excellent support team and we give excellent customer service.
