My priorities are to meet deadlines and to have a clear understanding of what the client wants from me when it is one of the most significant investments they will make. In addition, I focus on the emotions I know my client wants to feel in their pride of a new purchase.
I am on a sales mission, and I am dedicated to making real estate my primary income. Statements are for signs and speech. I think that if you have a vision and a strong urge to help someone, its merely a matter of time and hard work to find clients that will appreciate that. When I take on new clients, my prime goal is to top each new deal --- it must be more accessible to finalize and sell than my previous Real Estate. By maintaining that approach, I dont become too comfortable. To me, being ones own worst critic can only make you a better human being.
