San Juan County is located in the Four Corners region of the southwestern United States. The county has a population of over 128,000 people and covers an area of 5,538 square miles, making it the largest county in New Mexico. According to the 2010 Census, the population of San Juan County is 51.7% American Indian/Alaska Native, 30.9% White, 8.2% Hispanic or Latino, 6.8% Two or More Races, 1.6% Asian and 0.8% Black or African American.
