When its time to move I will perform a comparable analysis and advise you on how to get top dollar for your property. Oftentimes buyers dont visualize living in your home the way you do. I can offer advice on how to stage your home, possible repairs or even minor improvements to be made to avoid your home resting on the market and one thats sold fast for top dollar. Once listed I will advertise your home on numerous websites such as Realtorwww, Trulia, Zillow just to name a few, provide professional flyers and brochures, show to prospective buyers and farm the area for potential buyers. I will also be there to qualify potential buyers, negotiate offers, arrange financing, oversee the inspections, monitor the loan process and attend the closing. every step of the way.
