Paradise is an unincorporated town and census-designated place located in Clark County, Nevada. Originally a part of Las Vegas, Paradise became its own entity in the late 1970s.

The area that is now Paradise was originally settled by ranchers and farmers, and then later became a popular spot for Hollywood celebrities in the 1950s and 60s, due in large part to its close proximity to the Las Vegas Strip. Many of these celebrities, including Elvis Presley and Frank Sinatra, had homes in Paradise.

As Las Vegas continued to grow, so did Paradise. It became a hub for entertainment and gambling, with numerous casinos and resorts springing up throughout the area. Today, Paradise is home to several major casino resorts, including the Bellagio, Mandalay Bay, and the Mirage.
