I have been a Broker/ Salesperson and Property Manager for more than 15 years within the Las Vegas real estate industry, having first obtained my real estate license at just 19 years old. Having been franchise-affiliated for many years, I ventured out and opened my own, independent brokerage, Black & Cherry Real Estate Group and Property Management (BCRG), in 2011 and could not have made a better decision. Currently, we are ranked among the top 1% property management companies and top 3% of real estate brokerages in Nevada.
Black & Cherry Real Estate Group was instituted with the understanding that more than 90% of today's consumers visit the internet and do their own research prior to contacting a real estate agent or property manager. Therefore, we have the advantage of being able to brand ourselves and serve our clients with flexibility and creativity, and are constantly progressing and updating our methods of client communication, search functions, dissemination of information, marketing, and processes to best facilitate our client's needs and personal preferences. Ultimately, by going independent and staying tech-savvy we are able to pass our savings along to our consumer, which is a win/ win for all parties.
Now housing more than 50 real estate agents and 20 property managers at Black & Cherry Real Estate Group our team assists clients in all aspects of buying, selling, and leasing homes and has 1 million square feet of commercial property managed. We have various exclusive relationships with national hedge funds and auction investors, and direct local human resources (HR) affiliations.
I am active within our local and state boards, having served on several Nevadab Association of Realtors (NVR) & Las Vegas Association of Realtors (LVR) committees, including the Young Professionals Network and Professional Development, LVR Grievance Committee chairwoman, which reviews all local ethics & arbitration complaints and many NVR Property Mgmt specific work groups. I am an NVR Leadership Program graduate, YPN Hall of Fame award recipient and diligent volunteer within our community. I love what I do for a living, as well as serving and helping others!
