NEED I SAY.....I REALIZED THAT I SHOULD MAKE A DIFFERENCE AND HELP PEOPLE FIND THEIR HOME OR INVESTMENT PROPERTY WITH TRUST BEHIND THEIR AGENT....I ALSO WANT THE SELLERS TO BE ABLE TO TRUST ME AS AN AGENT AND SELL THEIR PROPERTY AND GET THE DEAL DONE BY BRINGING THE DEAL TO THE CLOSING TABLE.... I WANT TO SHOW WHAT ITS LIKE FOR AN AGENT TO WORK FOR THE HOMEOWNER...I BELIEVE IN LOOKING FOR THE NEEDLE IN THE HAY STACK CALL ME AND FIND OUT WHAT THAT MEANS...THIS MARKET IS A GREAT ONE.....SUPPLY AND DEMAND IS THE MARKET OF TODAY....IF YOU WANT IT THEN YOU BUY IT!...THE APPRAISAL IS FOR THE LIAIBILITY THAT THE BANK REALLY WANTS TO LOAN YOU...THE DIFFERENCE IN THE APPRAISAL AND THE SALE PRICE HAS TO BE GIVEN IN THE DOWN PAYMENT BY THE ,,,,,,I WILL EXPLAIN WHEN WE MEET WHY THE DOWN PAYMENT IS IMPORTANT...WHAT IS YOUR HOUSE WORTH?
