My passion, paired with my talent of being a savvy negotiator and combined with excellent customer service, is what makes me one of the premier agents in Ithaca and the surrounding areas year after year. Having lived in the Ithaca area for 30 years, I know the local terrain well. I have grown to appreciate all that the region has to offer. Our diverse and well-educated population, thriving culture, safe and friendly neighborhoods, and unique natural landscape make Ithaca an ideal place to put down roots. I have two sons that both attended Ithaca City Schools. My older son graduated from Smeal College of Business at Penn State University where he lettered in football and was an Academic All-Big Ten selection. Currently, hes in NYC working as a manager for Accenture. He has also earned his New York State Real Estate License. My younger son attended SUNY Brockport. After his graduation in May 2016, he coached football full-time at Western New England University, and then went on to play football in a pro league in Italy for two years. In 2017, he coached at Ithaca College. Today, Chase is Assistant to the Head Football Coach at Cornell University.
In the past, I have served on the Board of Directors for Challenge Workforce Solutions. I currently serve on the Community Foundation for Tompkins Countys Womens Fund. I also serve on the Cayuga Medical Center Hospital Gala Committee. I have contributed to the Ithaca Urban Renewal Agency and the citys Economic Development Committee. I have been actively involved with the Ithaca Board of Realtors, serving on the MLS & Grievance Committees. These roles have led to lifelong friendships and community contacts that make up an invaluable pool of resources that I believe helps to leverage me as one of Ithacas top realtors.
Im hardworking, honest, dedicated, and loyal. As an agent, I continue to dominate the market. 2018 was a record-breaking year for me, selling over 27 million. 2019 met with continued success with over 24 million in sales. In 2020, I produced over 22 million in sales and now in 2021 - I have surpassed 40 million. My average selling price and my listing-price-to-sell-price ratio are above both the Ithaca board average and Warren Real Estates averages, and I am once again the top-selling agent at Warren Real Estate and on the Ithaca Board of Realtors.
