My focus in the past 12 mos. has been on expired and withdrawn listings. I have been successful in listing and selling these properties and continue to prospect in that field. I love technology , while hating it at times, it is the direction this business is taking. I give back to the community in which I live, through Literacy Volunteers, 4-H, our Church and Real Estate Board , Past President of the Greater Binghamton Association of Realtors.. I continue to mentor agents in my office and teach whenever I have the opportunity.
