We are a relatively new agency, but our experience is not at all new! The owners of Prestige Homes of WNY, Scott Walters and Jill Welfare, have well over 50 years combined experience in the industry! We were born in Western New York, Raised Here, and Were Still Here!

For over 40 years Scott Walters, Broker/Owner of SAW Commission Cutters has dominated the foreclosure industry. Assisting everyone from first-time home buyers to seasoned investors through the complicated and sometimes confusing purchase of a distressed property. Jill Welfare worked in the retail side of real estate before joining Scott in 2015. She was instrumental in catapulting SAW to the 2nd fastest growing real estate company in Western New York. Together they are a force to be reckoned with! Their combined transaction count in the last 24 months is over 600! Prestige Homes of WNY, LLC was formed to accommodate the retail side of market our non-foreclosures.
