Education: Associates Degree from HVCC, Bachelors Degree from University of Albany. Obtained NYS Real Estate License through Manfred Learning Center and have been a full-time real estate agent with RealtyUSA ever since. Erica understands the importance of continuing education and training in order to better serve her clients in an ever changing industry, to be knowledgeable with current real estate law and to be better informed about local markets.
Experience: Erica worked as a Relocation Certified Coordinator at RealtyUSA for 5 year and truly enjoyed working with new people everyday. Coordinated moving hundreds of people in and out of upstate New York, for reasons of job change, family, change of lifestyle, vacation home etc. Working with Buyers and Sellers of their own homes, investment properties, new construction, lake properties and vacant land.
Erica enjoys spending time raising her 2 children with her Husband in Rensselaer County home, where she has been a life long resident.
