Pat summered in Bayville from the age of three and moved permanently in 1961 into the house where she now resides. She graduated from Our Lady of Mercy Academy in Syosset, received her Associates Degree from SUNY, Farmingdale and Bachelor's Degree from Marymount Manhattan in Business Management. Her career path began at NBC's TODAY Show as a junior secretary to Hugh Downs, advertising assistant at the Project Group and finally to Chase Manhattan bank, now known as JPMorgan Chase, as a Vice President in the Foreign Exchange Trading Room in sales. Some of her customers included hedge fund managers, brokerage accounts, global banks and the United Nations. In 2004 Pat's real estate career began at Douglas Elliman Real Estate in Locust Valley.
In the early 60's, a distress call was heard from the beach, and after learning a disabled water skier was someplace in the Sound, she gathered several neighbors and they went out in a cabin cruiser and found the skier. The team received a citation from the Village of Bayville.
Pat's hobbies include gardening, Italian opera and visiting museums.
She is the recording Secretary of the Friends of the Bayville Library, Treasurer of Save Bayville Now, Member of the East Norwich Republican Club, The Italian American Club of Oyster Bay and The Rosary Society of the Church of Saint Rocco.
