Linda moved to Ithaca in 1969. She and her husband, Frank, a history teacher, found Ithaca to be an ideal place to live and raise a family, with its natural beauty, a diverse population, and excellent educational and cultural opportunities all in a small city setting. Linda was born and raised in the New York City area. She graduated from the State University at Cortland and earned a masters degree from Rutgers University in New Brunswick, New Jersey. During the 1970s Linda was a teacher of children with special needs; in the 1980s she and her husband owned and operated Ithaca Summer Prep, a residential summer experience for high school students from all over the world. In the 1990s she developed a loyal real estate clientele, which she continues to enjoy today.

Traveling, reading, exercising, enjoying a variety of cultural events, and participating in real estate investments in and outside of Ithaca are her special interests.
